Heath A. Gay is a fitness and wellness professional with a passion for hiking and history. As a fourth-generation Coloradan, he has spent his entire life learning about and exploring the state. Heath has been recognized by the Colorado Mountain Club for climbing all fifty-eight mountains in Colorado higher than 14,000 feet, he is a former member of the Powerbar Team Elite, and co-author of the book, The Power of Champions.
