Beth Anne Keates, an industrious, dedicated, and passionate volunteer for the West Chester Railroad Heritage Association, with the encouragement of her father, has had a lifelong interest in rail transportation. Her husband, Brian, and sons, Andrew and Jacob, also share that interest.
